How it Works

SmallWorks™ North America Exhibition and Sale 2008
is a "Draw Box" sale, meaning:

- Artwork prices are fixed and final (as opposed to an auction).

- Each piece of art will be assigned a number
and corresponding draw box.

- If you are in attendance at the opening night of the exhibition and sale (Saturday, November 29, 2008) and are interested in purchasing a piece of art, you insert a standardized "Intent to Purchase" slip in the draw box for that piece of art in person.

- If you are NOT in attendance at the opening night of the exhibition and sale (Saturday, November 28, 2008) and are interested in purchasing a piece of art, please contact the Gallery Director at 1-800-243-4260 or by email at fairfield@greenwichworkshopgallery.com regarding the processing of your "Intent to purchase" slip/s.

- If you are a Registered Collector you can sign in to the Collector page and go to the detail page of the Original you are interested in and click the "Purchase Inquiry" button.  The Gallery Director Christopher Usher will contact you about your  "Intent to purchase".

- On the evening of the opening night of the exhibition and sale (Saturday, November 28, 2008), the Draw begins at 7pm. "Intent to purchase" slip/s will be drawn (randomly) from each draw box that contains one or more slips. Collectors on hand for the Draw can "Confirm" or "Pass" on their intent to purchase immediately. A "Pass" will cause the next name to be drawn from the box and so on.
